  • Adding Product Attributes

    This section allows administrators to create, view, and manage product attributes used for classification, filtering, and specification display.

    To configure, follow these steps:

    • Navigate to the sidebar menu and click ‘Products’.
    • Select ‘Manage Attributes’.

    Manage Attribute 

    • Title: Enter the name of the attribute. This is a required field. If left empty, an alert message will appear requesting input.
    • Add Attribute: Clicking this button saves the new attribute and adds it to the list on the right. A toast notification ‘Attribute Added Successfully’ will appear to confirm the addition.

    Attributes 

    It is the second table to the right corner displaying existing attribute records with relevant details and available actions for each. It contains the following:

    The table has various columns to interpret attribute data quickly and accurately. The columns are listed below:

    • S.No: Serial number of the attribute row in the current view.
    • Name: Displays the title of the attribute.
    • Slug: URL-friendly version of the attribute name.
    • Action
      • Settings: Opens the ‘Manage Attribute Items’ form section to manage specific values assigned to a particular attribute. The following options are available in the first section titled ‘Add Attribute Name Item’:
        • Title: Input field to enter the name of a new item/value under the selected attribute. This is a mandatory field, not entering the input will display an alert message ‘Please provide Title’.
        • Add: Adds the entered item to the attribute’s list. A toast notification ‘Attribute Item Added Successfully’ will appear to confirm the addition.

    In the second section titled ‘Attribute Name Attribute Data’, the following options are available:

    The table has various columns to interpret attribute data quickly and accurately. The columns are listed below:

    • S.No: Displays the serial number of each attribute item in the list.
    • Name: Displays the actual value/item of the attribute.
    • Slug:  URL-safe version of the attribute item name.
    • Action: Manage the attribute items with the following options: 
      • Edit: Update the name of the Attribute Item. After updating, click the ‘Update’ button to save the changes. A toast notification ‘Updated Attribute Item Successfully’ will appear to confirm addition. If you choose not to update, click on ‘Cancel’ to return to the ‘Manage Attribute’ page.
      • Delete: Deletes the category. A dialog box ‘Remove Attribute’ will appear with the text ‘Are you sure you want to delete this Attribute? along with ‘Close’ and ‘Delete’ options. Closing will remove the dialog box and clicking on ‘Delete’ will display this toast notification ‘Removed Attribute Item Successfully’ to confirm deletion.

    The edit and delete options mentioned below belong to the ‘Attributes’ table.

    • Edit: Click on the ‘Edit’ option for the record you want to edit the name, enter it in the text box under Title, and click ‘Save’. A toast notification ‘Updated Attribute Successfully’ will appear to confirm the update.
    • Delete: Deletes the category. A dialog box ‘Remove Attribute’ will appear with the text ‘Are you sure you want to delete this Attribute? along with ‘Close’ and ‘Delete’ options. Closing will remove the dialog box and clicking on ‘Delete’ will display this toast notification ‘Removed Attribute Item Successfully’ to confirm deletion.

    This section helps you create and manage product attributes and values efficiently. Well-defined attributes improve product organization and filtering.

  • Payment Gateway

    The Payment Gateway section allows you to manage the online payment providers available in your store. You can view all integrated gateways, check their status and control whether they run in Live or Sandbox mode.

    To configure, follow these steps:

    • Navigate to the sidebar menu, click ‘Settings’ and then select ‘Store Settings’.
    • Select ‘Payment Gateway’ from the submenu.

    The Payment Settings page displays a list of all available gateways. The column overview of the table is provided below:

    Columns overview:

    • S.No: Serial number for each payment gateway.
    • Payment Gateway: Name of the payment provider.
    • Status: Indicates whether the gateway is currently Active or Inactive for your store.
    • Live / Sandbox: Shows whether the gateway is running in Live mode or Sandbox (test) mode.
    • Action: Click the edit icon to open and configure settings for that specific gateway (such as API keys, credentials, and mode).

    Fields for editing a payment gateway:

    • Payment Gateway Name: Displays the name of the selected gateway (for example, Checkout.com). This is usually prefilled and not changed.
    • Live / Sandbox: Choose whether the gateway currently runs in Live mode or Sandbox mode for testing.

    Sandbox credentials:

    • Test Key Id: Enter the sandbox public key provided by the payment gateway for test transactions.
    • Test Key Secret: Enter the sandbox secret key used to authenticate test API calls.

    Live credentials:

    • Live Key Id: Enter the live public key used for real customer transactions.
    • Live Key Secret: Enter the live secret key for authenticating live API requests.

    Additional options:

    • Payment Gateway Description (Optional): Add a short description about this gateway, such as supported cards, wallets, or regions. This is for internal reference or display where applicable.
    • Status: Set the gateway as Active to enable it at checkout or Inactive to temporarily disable it.

    After entering or updating all required details, click ‘Submit’ to save the changes or Cancel to discard them. A toast notification ‘Payment Settings Updated’ will appear to confirm the update.

    Setting up your payment gateways correctly ensures secure and seamless transactions for your store. You can easily manage and switch modes as needed for testing or live operations.

  • Affiliate Program – Affiliate Users

    This section under ‘Affiliate Program’ allows you to add, manage, and track all affiliate users connected to your store. Follow the steps below to register new affiliates, review their details, and monitor their performance effectively.

    To configure, follow these steps:

    • Navigate to the sidebar menu and click ‘Plugins’.
    • Locate ‘Affiliate Program’ and click ‘Activate’. You will now see two options: ‘Deactivate’ and ‘Settings’. When you click ‘Activate’ or ‘Deactivate’, a toast notification showing ‘Affiliate Program Plugin Activated’ or ‘Affiliate Program Plugin Deactivated’ will appear to confirm that the plugin has been activated or deactivated. You can configure ‘Affiliate Program’ by clicking ‘Settings’ or by selecting ‘Affiliate Program’ from the left sidebar menu after activation.
    • Select ‘Affiliate Users’ from the submenu.

    Click ‘Add Affiliates’ at the top right corner to add new affiliates . A modal dialog box will appear with the following input field:

    Choose Existing User 

    • A searchable input field appears.
    • Begin typing the name of an existing user and select the desired user from the suggestions.
    • Click Continue to assign affiliate status to the selected user.

    Create New 

    Manage and register affiliates to help promote your store and boost sales through referral marketing.

    All Affiliates: Clicking this button will redirect you to the Affiliate Users list page, where you can view and manage all registered affiliate accounts.

    Basic Details

    Fill out the following required personal information:

    • Name: Enter the full first and last name of the affiliate.
    • Email: Enter a valid and unique email address.
    • Phone Number with Country Code: Select country code and enter the affiliate’s phone number.
    • Gender: Select Male/Female/Other from the dropdown.
    • DOB (Date of Birth): Click the calendar icon to select the date.
    • Password: Set a secure password for the affiliate account.

    Affiliate Info

    Provide promotional and profile details:

    • Tell us something about you: A short bio or introduction.
    • How will you promote our site?: Choose your main promotion method.
    • Specify how you will promote our site: Describe your strategy or promotional approach in detail.
    • Website: Provide the URL of the website (if applicable).
    • Social Profiles: Enter links to social media profiles.

    Bank Details

    These details are required for processing payouts:

    • Account Holder: Name of the account holder (as per bank).
    • Bank Account Number: Enter the full account number.
    • Bank Name: Full name of the bank.
    • Bank Branch: Branch name or code.
    • Bank Country: Country in which the bank account is held.
    • IFSC Code: The bank’s IFSC code used for online transfers.

    Cancel: Discards the form input and returns to the affiliate users list page.

    Submit: Save your changes. A toast notification ‘User Registered Successfully, Check your email and verify your account!!!’ will appear to confirm the new addition.

    Now click ‘All Affiliates’ and return to the all affiliates section. You will find a table with various columns to interpret affiliate user data quickly and accurately. The columns are listed below:

    • S.No: Serial number of the row in the current view.
    • Name: Displays the name of the registered affiliate user.
    • Token: A unique identifier automatically generated for each affiliate.
    • Rate: Specifies the commission rate assigned to the affiliate. (Note: Appears empty if not set.)
    • Earnings: Shows the total earnings generated by the affiliate through successful conversions.
    • Balance: Displays the current available balance for the affiliate that can be requested or used for payouts.
    • Conversions Rate: Indicates the success rate of conversions from referred users.
    • Status: Represents the approval status of the affiliate user. The two options include:
    • Accepted: The affiliate has been approved and is active.
    • Pending: Affiliate’s registration is under review and awaiting admin approval.
    • Action: Provides quick access to perform actions related to each affiliate.

    View Info: Clicking the eye icon redirects to the ‘Affiliate Profile’ page, which shows detailed performance metrics and transactions for the selected affiliate.

    Affiliate Profile 

    Provides a summary of the selected affiliate’s performance and transactions:

    • Total Earning: Total amount earned through all commissions. The icon redirects to the ‘Manage Users’ section.
    • Paid: Amount already paid to the affiliate.The icon redirects to the ‘Manage Products’ section.
    • Refunded: Amount deducted from earnings due to refunds. The icon redirects to the ‘Manage Orders’ section.
    • Active Balance: Current balance available for withdrawal or future payouts. The icon redirects to the ‘Manage Vendors’ section.

    Commissions: Lists all individual commissions earned by the affiliate:

    • ID: Unique identifier for the commission entry.
    • Name: Name of the customer or affiliate associated with the commission.
    • Product: Product that generated the commission.
    • Commission Amount: Amount earned from that sale.
    • Status: Indicates if the commission is approved, pending, or refunded.

    Payments: Displays payout history for the affiliate:

    • ID: Unique identifier for the payout record.
    • Amount: The payout amount transferred to the affiliate.
    • Created on: Date the payout request was generated.
    • Completed on: Date the payout was successfully processed.
    • Status: Indicates the payout status.

    These settings help you manage affiliates smoothly and track accurate performance. Regular reviews ensure better payouts, stronger affiliate activity, and improved conversions for your store.

  • Affiliate Program – Dashboard

    Affiliate Program

    The Affiliate Program enables you to manage and monitor affiliate activities from a single dashboard. It allows you to onboard affiliates, track visits and commissions, process payouts, and configure commission rules with ease. Through detailed reports and earnings insights, the program ensures transparent performance tracking and efficient payout management, helping you build and scale a reliable affiliate network.

    In this section, the Dashboard is explained. The other sections are detailed on other pages. The links for those are given at the end of this section.

    Dashboard

    Monitor your affiliate program performance for any time‑period you choose.

    To configure, follow these steps:

    • Navigate to the sidebar menu and select ‘Plugins’.
    • Locate ‘Affiliate Program’ and click ‘Activate’. You will now see two options: ‘Deactivate’ and ‘Settings’. When you click ‘Activate’ or ‘Deactivate’, a toast notification showing ‘Affiliate Program Plugin Activated’ or ‘Affiliate Program Plugin Deactivated’ will appear to confirm that the plugin has been activated or deactivated. You can configure ‘Affiliate Program’ by clicking ‘Settings’ or by selecting ‘Affiliate Program’ from the left sidebar menu after activation.
    • Select ‘Dashboard’.

    Range: Dropdown list to filter all dashboard data by date. The options are: 

    • Today
    • Yesterday
    • This Week
    • Last Week
    • This Month
    • Last Month
    • Custom Range: Selecting this option reveals two date pickers (From / To) and a Submit button. Choose the start and end dates, then click ‘Submit’ to refresh the dashboard with data for the selected period.

    The following ones highlight key metrics related to affiliate performance during the selected period:

    • Total commission: Shows the total commission (unpaid + paid) generated by affiliates for the selected period.
    • Paid commission: Displays the portion of commission that has already been paid out to affiliates.
    • Refunded commission: Commission value that was reversed because the underlying orders were refunded.
    • Total earnings from affiliates: Total revenue your store earned from orders referred by affiliates.
    • Total visits: Number of visits brought in by affiliate links.
    • Total conversions: Number of orders generated from those visits.
    • Average Conversion Rate: Percentage of visits that turned into orders.
    • Average conversion time: Average time elapsed between a referral visit and its resulting order.

    Latest Affiliate

    This panel shows the most recently registered affiliate user.

    Table Columns:

    • Affiliate Name: Full name of the latest registered affiliate.
    • Action: Provides two options to manage the affiliate:
      • View: Displays an affiliate’s profile, earnings summary, commission details and payment history in one place.
      • Edit: Modify and save basic details, affiliate information and affiliate’s bank details.
        • Basic Details
          • Name – The full name of the affiliate user registered in the system.
          • Email – The primary email address used for affiliate communication and notifications.
          • Phone Number with Country Code – The affiliate’s contact number along with the international dialing code.
          • Gender – Used for basic profile information and demographic reference.
          • DOB – The affiliate’s date of birth, captured for identity and eligibility purposes.
        • Affiliate Info
          • Tell us something about you – A short description about the affiliate, including background, experience, or area of interest.
          • How will you promote our site? – The main channel the affiliate plans to use for promotion, such as a website, blog, or other platforms.
          • Specify how you will promote our site – A detailed explanation of the promotional approach, content type, and marketing methods.
          • Website – The official website or blog URL where affiliate links will be published.
          • Social Profiles – Links to social media accounts used for affiliate promotions.
        • Bank Details
          • Account Holder – The name of the individual or entity that owns the bank account.
          • Bank Account Number – The account number where affiliate commission payouts will be credited.
          • Bank Name – The name of the bank associated with the provided account.
          • Bank Branch – The specific branch of the bank where the account is maintained.
          • Bank Country – The country in which the bank account is registered.
          • IFSC Code – The bank’s IFSC code required to process domestic transfers accurately.
        • Submit: Click to save the update. A toast notification ‘User Details Updated Successfully’ will appear to confirm the update.
    • View More: Clicking the ‘View More’ icon in the top-right corner will redirect the page to..

    Top Affiliate

    This panel highlights the highest-performing affiliate user, based on conversions, earnings or visits.

    Table Columns:

    • Affiliate Name: Full name of the top-performing affiliate.
    • Actions: Provides two options to manage the affiliate:
      • View: Displays an affiliate’s profile, earnings summary, commission details and payment history in one place.
      • Edit: Modify and save basic details, affiliate information and affiliate’s bank details. The same form fields from the ‘Latest Affiliate’ table appear on this page.
    • View More: Clicking the ‘View More’ icon in the top-right corner will redirect the page to the ‘Affiliate Users’ page that  lists all affiliates registered in the platform.

    These dashboard insights help you track, evaluate, and optimize your affiliate program’s overall performance. Review the metrics regularly and ensure your affiliate settings are properly configured to maintain accurate reporting, improve engagement, and maximize conversions across your e-commerce platform.

  • Shipping Gateway

    This section guides administrators through configuring and managing shipping zones effectively. By setting up these options, you can control how shipping gateways are displayed, searched, and managed, ensuring a smooth and organized workflow when handling your store’s delivery operations.

    To configure, follow these steps:

    • Navigate to the sidebar menu and select ‘Settings’.
    • Click ‘Store Settings’ and then select ‘Shipping Gateway’.

    You will find a table with various columns to interpret shipping gateway data quickly and accurately. The columns are listed below:

    • S.No: Serial number of the listed shipping gateways.
    • Shipping Gateway: Displays the name of the shipping gateway.
    • Status: Indicates availability of the shipping method.
      • Active: Shipping method is enabled and available for use.
      • Inactive: Shipping method is disabled and unavailable for use.
    • Action:
      • Edit: Opens the Edit Shipping Settings page to configure the selected shipping gateway. Configure the selected payment gateway. Clicking the edit icon redirects to the Edit Payment Settings page. The page contains the following fields:
    • Shipping Gateway Name: Displays the name of the shipping gateway. 
    • Gateway Email: Enter the email ID associated with the shipping gateway.
    • Key ID: Enter the API key ID provided by the shipping service provider.
    • Key Secret: Enter the API secret key provided by the shipping service provider.
    • Shipping Gateway Description: Add a short description of the shipping gateway for reference purposes.
    • Status: Controls whether the shipping gateway is enabled or disabled.
      • Active: Enables the shipping gateway for order processing and makes it available for use on the storefront during checkout.
      • Inactive: Disables the shipping gateway, making it unavailable for customer orders.
    • Submit: Save any changes made to the shipping gateway configuration. A toast notification ‘Shipping Gateway Settings Updated’ will appear to confirm the update.
    • Cancel: Discard changes and return to the ‘Shipping Settings’ list.

    By properly configuring your shipping zones and gateway settings, you streamline the delivery process and maintain full control over how shipping methods appear and function in your store. Review these settings regularly to keep your shipping operations accurate, efficient, and aligned with your overall business needs.

  • Shipping Setup

    This section allows you to configure and control how shipping charges, free shipping options, and minimum order conditions are applied during checkout. 

    To configure, follow these steps:

    • Navigate to the sidebar menu and select ‘Settings’.
    • Click ‘Store Settings’ and then select ‘Shipping Setup’.

    You will find the options listed below to configure:

    • Shipping Setup: Used to configure how shipping charges and rules apply to orders in the store.
    • Shipping Type:  Defines how shipping costs are calculated.
    • Shipping Label: The text displayed to customers for shipping charges during checkout.
    • Enable free Shipping:  Allows you to offer free shipping to customers. Enable by selecting ‘Click here to Enable free Shipping’.
    • Do you have any minimum amount: Enables a minimum order value condition for shipping rules. Activate by selecting ‘Click here to enable minimum amount’.
    • Minimum Amount: Specifies the minimum cart value required for the shipping condition to apply.
    • Update: Saves all shipping configuration changes and applies them to the store checkout process. A toast notification ‘Updated Shipping Setup’ will appear to confirm the update.

    These settings help administrators accurately manage shipping charges, control free shipping eligibility, and define minimum order requirements, ensuring a consistent and transparent checkout experience for customers.

  • Multi-Vendor Setup Guide

    This section helps administrators manage vendors in a multi-vendor store. It includes tools to add vendors, import or export data, review vendor details, and maintain smooth vendor operations.

    To add multiple vendors, follow these steps:

    • Navigate to the sidebar menu and find the ‘Vendors’ section.
    • Select ‘All Vendors’ from the submenu. 
    • You will find the Vendor Management table, which displays all existing vendors and the configuration options mentioned below:

    Export: 

    • Click to display the dropdown format options:
      • CSV 
      • Excel
    • Click the radio button to choose your preferred file format.
    • Once you have selected a format, click the ‘Export’ button to download your product data in the chosen file type.

    Import

    • Click ‘Import’ to open the Bulk Upload page.
    • A step progress bar will be displayed with the below mentioned options: 
    • Upload CSV File: Drag and drop your product CSV file. For reference purposes, you can view a Sample CSV by navigating to the top right to download a template CSV file by clicking on ‘Sample CSV’. Also, add the image of the product in a zipped file. 
    • Column Mapping: 
    • Import: 
    • After selecting the preferred option, in the modal dialog box click on ‘Submit’ to save your changes.
    • Click on ‘Cancel’ to return to the ‘Manage Brands’ page.

    + Vendor 

    Add Vendor: Navigate to the right corner of the page to find ‘Manage Vendor’ to return to the vendors list section. To add a new vendor, click the ‘Add Vendor’ option to manually register a new vendor. You will be directed to the ‘Add Vendor’ page with the following grouped form sections:

    Basic Details

    • First Name: Enter the vendor’s first name. This is a required field.
    • Last Name: Add the vendor’s last name. This field is optional.
    • Email ID: Input the vendor’s email address. A required field for communication and login.
    • Password: Set the vendor’s account password. Required for login authentication.
    • Phone: Enter the vendor’s phone number including country code.

    Address Details

    • Address: Enter the vendor’s complete street address.
    • City: Input the city of the vendor.
    • State: Specify the vendor’s state.
    • Country: Enter the vendor’s country.
    • Pincode: Add the postal/zip code for the vendor’s location.

    Store Info

    • Brand Name: Specify the name of the vendor’s store or brand.
    • Brand Slug: Provide a URL-friendly version of the brand name.
    • Business Type: Select the business nature.
    • Website: Add the vendor’s business website URL.
    • Brand Logo: Upload the store’s logo image.
    • Store Banner: Upload a banner image to visually represent the vendor’s store.
    • Register Number: Enter the official business registration number.
    • GST Number: Input the GST identification number for taxation purposes.

    Bank Details

    • Account Holder: Name of the account holder as registered with the bank.
    • Account Number: Enter the vendor’s bank account number.
    • Bank Name: Specify the bank name.
    • Bank Branch: Add the name or code of the bank branch.
    • Bank Country: Enter the country where the bank is located.
    • Swiftcode: Add the SWIFT/BIC code for international transactions.

    Confirmation & Submit

    • Confirmation Checkbox: Enable this option to send a confirmation email to the vendor after registration.
    • Submit Button: Click to submit the form and create the vendor account. A toast notification ‘Vendor Details Submitted Successfully’ will appear to confirm the submission.

    Now click ‘Manage Vendor’ and return to the ‘All Vendors’ section. You will find a table with various columns to interpret vendor data quickly and accurately. The columns are listed below:

    • S.No: Serial number of the vendor entry.
    • Name: Full name of the vendor.
    • Email: Registered email address of the vendor.
    • Phone No: Vendor’s contact number.
    • Status: Indicates the current state of vendor’s registration and approval. The four options are:
    • Approved: The vendor’s registration and details have been reviewed and accepted.
    • Pending email verification: The vendor has registered, but their email address has not yet been confirmed or validated.
    • Pending for brand details: The vendor has registered but needs to provide or complete their brand-related information.
    • Blocked: The vendor’s account has been restricted to prevent access.
    • Action

    Provides icons for quick actions related to each brand. The following icons are available under this column:

    • View Info: View all the updated details of the vendor. Additionally, you can manage the accessibility of the vendor to the platform.

    Navigate to the top right corner of the page to find ‘Status’ that allows the admin to toggle a vendor’s operational status. Move further upwards to find ‘Manage Vendor’, click to return back to the vendors list section.

    Vendor Status Display

    • Status: Currently Active – Indicates that the vendor account is active and can operate on the platform.
    • Status: Currently Blocked – Indicates that the vendor account is disabled and cannot operate.

    Action Buttons

    • Block This Vendor – Click to deactivate the vendor. A confirmation message “Vendor Blocked Status Updated” will be shown.
    • Active This Vendor – Click to reactivate a blocked vendor. A confirmation message “Vendor Accepted Status Updated” will be shown.
    • Edit: Opens the vendor edit form to update and manage vendors. The form fields that will appear are the same as those that appear in the ‘Add Vendor’ form section.

    Alternatively, If you only want to directly add vendors you can:

    • Navigate to the sidebar menu and find the ‘Vendors’ section.
    • Select ‘Add Vendor’ from the submenu. 
    • You will find the form fields mentioned above here, allowing you to add a vendor directly without viewing the entire vendor list.

    These settings help streamline vendor management and maintain smooth operations across all vendor activities. Ensure all details are configured correctly and saved before proceeding to the next configuration section.

  •  Setting Product Prices

    This section allows administrators to set and manage product pricing details. It includes fields to define both regular and sale prices, helping display accurate pricing and promotional offers on the storefront.

    You can configure prices from ‘All Products’, ‘Vendor Products’, ‘Admin Products’, or ‘Add Products’ under the ‘Products’ module.

    To configure using ‘All Products’, ‘Vendor Products’ or ‘Admin Products’, follow these steps:

    • Navigate to the sidebar menu and select ‘Products’.
    • Choose one of the following options: ‘All Products’, ‘Vendor Products’ or ‘Admin Products’.
    • In the product list, locate the product you want to update the price for.
    • Click the ‘Edit’ icon under the ‘Action’ column.
    • Proceed to the first page of the configuration to modify and save your pricing details.
    • In the pricing section, enter the ‘Regular Price’ and ‘Sale Price’ for the product as needed.

    To set prices for a new product, follow these steps:

    • Navigate to the sidebar menu and select ‘Products’.
    • Click ‘Add Product’.
    • Select the desired ‘Product Type’ from the dropdown and click ‘Submit’.
    • Proceed to the pricing section on the first page of the configuration.
    • Enter the ‘Regular Price’ and ‘Sale Price’ to define the standard and discounted product prices.

    In both scenarios, you will find the following form fields:

    Fields and Actions

    • Regular Price: Enter the standard product price displayed on the storefront.
    • Sale Price: Specify a discounted price to display promotional offers or limited-time discounts.
    • Save & Continue: Click to save your pricing updates. The following toast notifications will appear confirming the update based on the product type when you edit an existing product:
      • Updated Simple Product Successfully
      • Updated Variable Product Successfully
      • Updated Downloadable Product Successfully

    The below notifications will appear based on the product type if you are adding the price while creating a new product:

    • Added Simple Product Successfully
    • Added Variable Product Successfully
    • Added Downloadable Product Successfully

    These settings ensure accurate pricing is displayed for every product type. Review and update prices regularly to reflect promotions and maintain transparent, consistent pricing across your storefront.

  • Adding a Downloadable Product

    This section allows administrators to create and manage Downloadable Products that customers can access digitally after purchase. It provides fields to define product details, pricing, download limits, and access duration to ensure the product is delivered securely and correctly through the storefront.

    To add Variable products follow these steps:

    • Navigate to the sidebar menu and select ‘Settings’.
    • Select ‘Store Settings’.
    • Click Manage Inventory’.
    • Scroll down to the ‘What I plan to sell’ section and enable ‘Physical products’, ‘Digital products’ or ‘Both physical & digital’ as required. 
    • Then, navigate back to the sidebar menu and select ‘Back to Dashboard’.
    • Click ‘Products’ from the sidebar menu and choose from the available options: ‘All Products’, ‘Vendor Products’, ‘Admin Products’ or ‘Add Product’. Downloadable products can be created from any of these four sections.
    • Click the ‘Add Product’ button at the top-right corner of the page. This is common across all four sections: ‘All Products’, ‘Vendor Products, ‘Admin Products’ and ‘Add Product’.
    • Then, select ‘Product Type’ and choose ‘Downloadable Product’.
    • Click ‘Submit’ to apply the changes.

    There will be third editable pages to configure the product details. Enter all the required and mandatory fields to list the product.

    The below are the fields in the first page:

    • Product Name: Enter the name of the product.
    • Select Categories: Identify and select the most appropriate categories for the product’s classification.
    • Primary Category: Set the main category for filtering and navigation purposes.
    • Select Tags: Add searchable keywords or tags related to the product to improve discoverability.
    • Select Brand: Choose the associated brand from the available list.
    • Regular Price: Enter the original price of the product.
    • Sale Price: Enter a discounted price, if applicable, for promotions or sales.
    • Short Description: Provide a brief summary of the product’s highlights.
    • Long Description: Provide a detailed description of the product, including features, benefits, and any other relevant information.
    • Upload Product Images: Drag-and-drop or browse to upload one or more images for the product.
    • Upload Product Video: Click ‘Choose File’ to upload a video related to the product.
    • Save & Continue: Click to add this new product to the list. A toast notification ‘Added Downloadable Product Successfully’ will appear to confirm the new addition.

    The below are the fields in the second page:

    • Product SKU: Enter a unique code used for tracking and identification of the product.

    NOTE: If you omit entering, a validation message ‘Please fill out this field’ will appear, as this is a mandatory field.

    • Download Expiry Days: Set the number of days the download link remains active after purchase.

    NOTE: If you omit entering, a validation message ‘Please fill out this field’ will appear, as this is a mandatory field.

    • Download Limit: Specify the maximum number of times a customer can download the product.

    NOTE: If you omit entering, a validation message ‘Please fill out this field’ will appear, as this is a mandatory field.

    • Text: Add any extra notes or custom messages related to this downloadable product. 

    NOTE: This is an optional field, you can choose to omit this field.

    • Save & Continue: Click to update the download settings. A toast notification ‘Downloadable Option Updated Successfully’ will appear to confirm the update.

    To return to the Manage Products page, click on the icon ‘Products’ where all existing products are listed under the All Products tab.

    NOTE: This icon can be found on the next product edit page as well.

    Meta Details 

    Product Feed

    Configures feed-related details for product distribution.

    • Hide from the Feed (Optional): Determines if the product is excluded from appearing in the product feed. The following options control this setting:
    • No (Default): Includes the product in the feed.
    • Yes: Excludes the product from the feed.
    • Availability: Defines the current stock status of the product for listing and feed purposes. The following options are available:
    • In Stock: The product is available for immediate purchase and fulfillment.
    • Available for Order: The product is not currently in stock but can still be ordered and will be shipped once available.
    • Pre-Order: The product has not yet been released but can be reserved in advance by placing an order.
    • Out of Stock: The product is currently unavailable for purchase and cannot be ordered.
    • Condition: Indicates the physical state of the product for listing and feed classification. The available options include:
    • New: The product is brand new, unused, and in original packaging.
    • Refurbished: The product has been restored to a like-new condition by the manufacturer or a certified provider.
    • Used: The product has been previously owned or used, and may show signs of wear.
    • Product Type: Defines the internal classification hierarchy of the product. 
    • Google Product Category: Selects a category from the official Google product taxonomy to enhance feed accuracy and third-party integration.
    • Brand: Specifies the manufacturer or brand name associated with the product.
    • Delivery Label: Indicates the shipping profile or method associated with the product in the feed.
    • Add Feed: Click to submit the current product feed settings. A toast notification ‘Product Feed Added Successfully’ will appear to confirm the addition of a new feed. The modal dialog box automatically closes and displays the Meta Details form section.

    Add Additional Feed

    Custom fields to collect or display extra information about a product that is not part of the default product form. 

    Adding Additional Fields:

    Only fields already added will appear here, this section does not include any input elements for creating new fields. Follow the steps mentioned below to create a new product field.

    • Go to the sidebar and click on ‘Product Additional Fields’ under ‘Products’.
    • Click the ‘+ Product Additional Fields’ button at the top-right corner of the page.
    • A modal form  labeled ‘Add New Product Additional Fields’ will open for input.
    • Fill in the required information to define the custom fields.
    • Click to ‘Submit’ to save the field. A toast notification ‘Product Additional Field Values Added Successfully’ will appear to confirm the addition. After saving, the new field will:
    • Appear on the downloadable product creation page.
    • Appear on the storefront for customers to view.
    • Meta Title: Sets the title shown in browser tabs and search engine results.
    • Allow Search Results? (Optional): Specifies search engine indexing behavior for the product page. Use the following settings to control visibility in search engine listings:
    • Yes (Default): The product page will be visible in search engine results.
    • No: Prevents the product page from appearing in search engine results.
    • Search Follow (Optional): Determines search engine crawling behavior for links on the product page. Use the following setting to control if search engines follow links.
    • Yes (Default): Allows search engines to follow internal and external links on the product page.
    • No: Prevents search engines from following any links on the product page.
    • Meta Keywords (Optional): Defines keywords relevant to the product.
    • Meta Description: Compelling summary intended to appear in search engine results.
    • Canonical URL: Specifies the original or preferred URL.

    Additional Details

    • Trending: Marks the product as trending to highlight it on the storefront.
    • Yes: Highlights the product in the Trending section (if configured).
    • No: The product will not appear in trending-specific sections.
    • Product Status: Controls the visibility of the product on the storefront.
    • Publish: Makes the product live and visible to customers.
    • Draft: Saves the product as a draft without making it publicly accessible.
    • Link Products: Allows linking of related products to promote upselling and cross-selling.
    • Upsell Products (Optional): Assigns higher-value or upgraded alternatives to the current product.
    • Enter the product name to select from existing catalog items.
    • Multiple products can be added as upsells.
    • Cross Sell Products (Optional): Specifies complementary products often purchased together. 
    • Enter the product name to select from existing catalog items.
    • Multiple products can be added as cross-sells. 
    • Complete: Click to save the updates. A toast notification ‘Product Additional Settings Updated Successfully’ will appear upon saving. 
    • Product Attribute Summary Page: Upon completing, the page will be redirected to present a consolidated display of all product information in one place with the edit option to modify and update all the form sections.
    • Preview: Navigate to the top-right corner and click the preview button to view the product with the updated information in the storefront available for display to the public.

    These settings ensure the downloadable file is properly configured and accessible to customers after purchase. Make sure all mandatory fields are completed and saved to guarantee a smooth digital delivery experience.

    Here are the setup links for adding Simple and Variable products:

    • Save Attribute: Click to save. A toast notification ‘Product Attributes Updated Successfully’ will appear to confirm the new addition.

    To return to the ‘Manage Products’ list view, navigate to the top-right corner and click on ‘Products’. This option is available in all the product configuration pages.

    • The selected attribute and its value will appear below the ‘Save Attribute’ button. 
    • The ‘Select Attribute’ will appear as an interactive tag with the options to edit and delete. 
    • A toast notification  ‘Product Attribute Deleted Successfully’ will appear to confirm deletion.
    •  Clicking the edit option will display the dropdown list of ‘Select Attribute Value’ form field to change the existing value. Click ‘Continue’ to proceed to the next form section. 
    •  A form section titled ‘Add Product Variations’ for ‘Product Name’ will appear to create combinations.
    • Under the title ‘Variations’ a button labeled ‘Create Combinations’ will be available to perform the necessary actions. Click continue to proceed to the next form section. A toast notification ‘Product Combinations Created Successfully’ will appear to confirm creation.
    • Click on the selected variation to open the form fields to add the details. The form fields are mentioned below:

    The below are the fields in the third page:

    • Regular Price: Enter the original price of the product.
    • Tax Price Excluded with product price (Change): Clicking on ‘Change’ will redirect to the tax settings page to adjust product price tax handling globally.
    • Sale Price: Enter a discounted price, if applicable, for promotions or sales.
    • Tax Price Excluded with product price (Change): Clicking on ‘Change’ will redirect to the tax settings page to adjust product price tax handling globally.
    • Product SKU: Enter a unique code used for tracking and identification of the product.
    • Stock Quantity: This is a spinner input field. Enter the current available inventory of the product by typing or using the up/down arrows.
    • Low Stock Limit: This is a spinner input field. Enter the threshold quantity at which notification must be sent about low stock by typing or using the up/down arrows.
    • Weight (kg): Enter the product’s total weight. Select the unit of weight (KG, GMS, LBS) from the dropdown.
    • Shipping Cost: Enter the delivery charges associated with the product.
    • Include Pincodes: Enter the pincode for product delivery. As characters are typed, a validation message ‘Please enter 3 or more characters’ will guide the provision of a sufficient number of characters for valid pincode search or entry.
    • Image: Drag-and-drop or browse to upload one or more images for the product.
    • Dimensions (cm): Specify the length, width, and height of the product in centimeters.
    • Barcode: Manage the product barcode. A form modal titled ‘Barcode’ will appear with the dropdown list form field titled ‘Select Update Barcode Options’ with the below mentioned dropdown list options:
      • Enter or Scan Barcode: Manually input an existing barcode number or use a barcode scanner to enter it.
      • Upload Barcode Image: Upload an image file of an existing barcode.
      • Generate New Barcode: Auto-generated barcode that is unique is available for download.
      • Cancel: Clicking this button will close the ‘Barcode’ modal dialog box without saving any changes.
      • Save: Click to add this barcode. 
    • Exclude Pincodes: Enter pincode not serviced for product delivery. As characters are typed, a validation message ‘Please enter 3 or more characters’ will appear, indicating the minimum number of characters required for entry or search.
    • Submit: Click to add this new product to the list. A toast notification ‘Product Inventory and Shipping Data Updated Successfully’ will appear to confirm the new addition.
    • Add Store Information: Follow the below mentioned steps to add dote information:
      • Navigate to Add Warehouse Location’ under Inventory and Locations in the bottom of the page. 
      • A field labeled ‘Add Warehouse Location’ will be available, click on the text box adjacent to this with the placeholder ‘Choose Location’ to display the dropdown list. Choose the required location.
      • Click ‘Save’ to add the new location. A toast notification ‘Location Added’ will appear to confirm the new addition.
    • Below this, you will find a table labeled ‘Quantity’ with various columns to help interpret inventory data quickly and accurately. The columns are listed below:
      • Location: Specifies the distinct warehouse or retail store where the product is physically stored.
      • Incoming: Denotes the quantity of the product currently in transit to this particular location, awaiting official receipt into inventory.
      • Committed: Indicates the quantity of the product that has been reserved or allocated against existing customer orders but has not yet been dispatched from this location.
      • Available Stock: Represents the actual quantity of the product physically present at this location, which is immediately accessible for sale or shipment.
      • Total: Overview of the overall available quantity of the product across all your specified warehouses or stores.
      • Action: Configure specific details for each listed location with the button mentioned below:
        • Add Store Information: A modal dialog box titled ‘Store Location’ will appear with the below mentioned form fields:
          • Enter Location Name: Enter the name or identifier of the store location.
          • Enter Quantity: Enter the numerical quantity associated with this location.
          • Close: Click to exit without saving any changes.
          • Submit Information: Save the information and closes the dialog box
          • Continue: Click to proceed to the next form section.
