This section enables complete management of vendor accounts, including registration, approval, status updates, and business details.
All Vendors
1.Export:
Click to display the dropdown format options:

Excel
Click the radio button to choose your preferred file format.
Once you have selected a format, click the ‘Export’ button to download your product data in the chosen file type.
2. Import
Click ‘Import’ to open the Bulk Upload page.
A step progress bar will be displayed with the below mentioned options:
Upload CSV File: Drag and drop your product CSV file. For reference purposes, you can view a Sample CSV by navigating to the top right to download a template CSV file by clicking on ‘Sample CSV’. Also, add the image of the product in a zipped file.

Import:
After selecting the preferred option, in the modal dialog box click on ‘Submit’ to save your changes.
Click on ‘Cancel’ to return to the ‘Manage Brands’ page.
+ Vendor
Add Vendor: Navigate to the right corner of the page to find ‘Manage Vendor’ to return to the vendors list section. To add a new vendor, click the ‘Add Vendor’ option to manually register a new vendor. You will be directed to the ‘Add Vendor’ page with the following grouped form sections:
Basic Details
First Name: Enter the vendor’s first name. This is a required field.
Last Name: Add the vendor’s last name. This field is optional.
Email ID: Input the vendor’s email address. A required field for communication and login.
Password: Set the vendor’s account password. Required for login authentication.
Phone: Enter the vendor’s phone number including country code.
Address Details
Address: Enter the vendor’s complete street address.
City: Input the city of the vendor.
State: Specify the vendor’s state.
Country: Enter the vendor’s country.
Pincode: Add the postal/zip code for the vendor’s location.
Store Info
Brand Name: Specify the name of the vendor’s store or brand.
Brand Slug: Provide a URL-friendly version of the brand name.
Business Type: Select the business nature.
Website: Add the vendor’s business website URL.
Brand Logo: Upload the store’s logo image.
Store Banner: Upload a banner image to visually represent the vendor’s store.
Register Number: Enter the official business registration number.
GST Number: Input the GST identification number for taxation purposes.
Bank Details
Account Holder: Name of the account holder as registered with the bank.
Account Number: Enter the vendor’s bank account number.
Bank Name: Specify the bank name.
Bank Branch: Add the name or code of the bank branch.
Bank Country: Enter the country where the bank is located.
Swiftcode: Add the SWIFT/BIC code for international transactions.
Confirmation & Submit
Confirmation Checkbox: Enable this option to send a confirmation email to the vendor after registration.
Submit Button: Click to submit the form and create the vendor account. A toast notification ‘Vendor Details Submitted Successfully’ will appear to confirm the submission.
4. Per Page
It controls the number of vendor records displayed on a single page. To adjust this setting, follow the steps mentioned below:
Navigate to the ‘Per Page’ label at the top left corner of the vendor table.
The dropdown menu will show you options to display 10, 25, 50, or 100 vendors per page.
Choose the number of vendors you want to display per page.
The table will automatically refresh to show the selected number of per vendors page.
5. Search
You can search vendors by entering specific order details to quickly locate the needed information. To adjust this setting, follow the steps mentioned below:
Navigate to the ‘Search’ box on the top right corner of the vendors table.
The system will automatically filter the table based on matching values from your input in any column.
The table will automatically filter and show only the matching records.
Below these controls you will find a table with various columns to interpret brands data quickly and accurately. The columns are listed below:
S.No: Serial number of the vendor entry.
Name: Full name of the vendor.
Email: Registered email address of the vendor.
Phone No: Vendor’s contact number.
Status: Indicates the current state of vendor's registration and approval. The four options are:
Approved: The vendor's registration and details have been reviewed and accepted.
Pending email verification: The vendor has registered, but their email address has not yet been confirmed or validated.
Pending for brand details: The vendor has registered but needs to provide or complete their brand-related information.
Blocked: The vendor's account has been restricted to prevent access.
Action
Provides icons for quick actions related to each brand. The following icons are available under this column:
View Info: View all the updated details of the vendor. Additionally, you can manage the accessibility of the vendor to the platform.
Navigate to the top right corner of the page to find ‘Status’ that allows the admin to toggle a vendor's operational status. Move further upwards to find ‘Manage Vendor’, click to return back to the vendors list section.
Vendor Status Display
Status: Currently Active – Indicates that the vendor account is active and can operate on the platform.
Status: Currently Blocked – Indicates that the vendor account is disabled and cannot operate.
Action Buttons
Block This Vendor – Click to deactivate the vendor. A confirmation message “Vendor Blocked Status Updated” will be shown.
Active This Vendor – Click to reactivate a blocked vendor. A confirmation message “Vendor Accepted Status Updated” will be shown.
Edit: Opens the vendor edit form to update and manage vendors. The form fields that will appear are the same as those that appear in the ‘Add Vendor’ form section.
Pagination Controls
Navigation buttons for moving between multiple pages of entries.
Showing entries: Indicates the starting and ending index of currently displayed items and the total count. “Showing 1 to 1 of 1 entries” means only one record is available and shown.
Previous: Moves to the page before the current one (disabled on the first page).
1: Indicates the current page number.
Next: Moves to the next page (disabled if there are no more pages).
After reviewing and managing all vendor accounts, you can also add new vendors directly to the system for faster onboarding.
ADD VENDOR
This section enables the addition and management of vendor details within the platform.
NOTE: The ‘Add Vendor’ option in the sidebar menu contains the same form fields as the main ‘Add Vendor’ section.
After registering and managing vendors, you can track their earnings to monitor performance and payouts effectively.
VENDOR EARNINGS
This section displays earnings for each vendor based on completed orders and supports detailed earnings filtering and actions.
Date Range Filter
Located at the top-right of the table, this dropdown allows the admin to filter earnings data by specific date ranges:
Today: Shows earnings made on the current day.
Yesterday: Displays earnings from the previous day.
This Week: Displays earnings from the current week.
Last Week: Displays earnings from the previous week.
This Month: Shows earnings for the current month.
Last Month: Displays earnings from the last month.
Custom Range: Allows manual selection of a start and end date.
Search

Below these controls you will find a table with various columns to interpret vendor earnings data quickly and accurately. The columns are listed below:
Vendor ID: Unique identifier assigned to each vendor.
Name: Displays the vendor's name.
Total Orders: Indicates the number of orders placed for that vendor.
Total Earning: Displays the total income earned by the vendor.
Action: Clicking the eye icon under the Action column opens a modal window displaying the vendor’s individual order-wise earnings. The modal contains the following details:
S.No: Serial number of the row.
Order ID: Unique ID of the order placed.
Order Map ID: Reference ID linking the order to the vendor.
Order Amount: Total value of the order.
Earnings Amount: Vendor’s earnings for that order after platform commission deductions.
Search Bar
Located in the top-right corner of the modal, this allows you to filter the order list by any keyword, such as Order ID.
Per Page
Use this dropdown to control the number of records displayed per page (e.g., 10, 25, 50).
Pagination Controls
Use the Previous and Next buttons to navigate between pages when more than one page of order records exists.
If no data is available, a message ‘No data available in table’ is shown.
To close the modal, click the X icon at the top-right corner.

Pay Selected
Click on a row representing a vendor, indicating selection for payout. After selecting a vendor row, click on ‘Pay Selected’ located at the top-right corner of the table. The redirected page displays a section titled ‘Processing Payouts List’ with the following columns in the table:
Process ID: Unique identifier for the payout process.
Processed Date: The date on which the payout was initiated.
Total Payouts: Number of vendors included in the process.
View: Use the icon to review payout details. Not working has pagination controls

After reviewing vendor earnings and processing payouts, you can track all completed transactions under Paid Payouts for accurate financial records.
PAID PAYOUTS
This section displays a list of completed vendor payout transactions with details such as the Process ID, Date, and Total Payouts processed.
The table begins with pagination and search features mentioned below:
Search

NOTE: Pagination control and search are common to all the tables in the Paid Payouts sidebar menu.
Table Columns:
Process ID: Unique ID for the payout transaction batch.
Processed Date:The date on which the payout was completed.
Total Payouts: The number of vendor payments made under this process ID.
View: Eye icon to view detailed vendor payout records under this process.
View Paid Payouts by Process ID
When you click on the eye icon under the ‘View’ column of the Paid Payouts list, you will be redirected to the ‘Manage Users’ page with the section heading ‘View Paid Payouts By Process ID {value}’. This page shows all vendors involved in that payout process.
Columns Displayed
Vendor ID: ID of the vendor.
Name: Name of the vendor.
Total Orders: Number of orders completed.
Total Earning: Amount paid out to the vendor.
Type: Indicates whether the payment type is Debit or Credit.
Paid Date: The date the payout was processed.
Action: Eye icon to view the detailed earnings per order.
Paid Earnings
Clicking the eye icon under the ‘Action’ column on the ‘View Paid Payouts By Process ID’ page will redirect you to the ‘Paid Earnings’ page.
This section displays the individual order-level earnings paid to the vendor.
Columns Displayed
S.No: Serial number of each record.
Order ID: Unique identifier for the order.
Order Amount: The total amount for that specific order.
After managing payouts, you can set up vendor registration form fields, where you decide the field types, labels, and visibility for collecting vendor details.
MANAGE FORM FIELDS
This section enables configuration of registration form fields by defining field types, labels, requirements, and visibility.
Registration Form Settings
This section allows the admin to manage the fields displayed in the vendor registration form. The form is divided into three tabs: Basic, Store, and Bank.
Basic Tab
Displays general personal information fields required for vendor registration. The table shows field details, types, and settings for vendor registration:
Field Name: The internal key name for the field.
Type: Defines the data format and input control for each form field. The options included are:
Text: Standard input field for a single line of plain text.
Number: Input field specifically designed to accept only numerical values.
Checkbox: Select one or more options from a predefined list.
Tel: Input field optimized for entering telephone numbers.
Radio: Presents a group of options where only one can be chosen at a time.
URL: Input field for entering a web address.
Date: Provides a user-friendly interface for selecting a specific date.
Email: Input field for email addresses.
File: Browse the local system and upload a file.
Select: Creates a dropdown menu from which the user can choose a single option.
Label: The label displayed to the vendor on the registration form.
Required: Indicates if filling the field is mandatory. The two options include:
Yes: Users must provide information in this field to successfully submit the form.
No: Users have the option to leave this field empty without preventing form submission.
Status: Shows whether the field is visible on the form. The two options include:
Show: The field will be fully visible and accessible for user interaction on the form.
Hide: The field will be hidden from view and will not appear on the form presented to the user.
Action: Displays access permission.
NOTE: These fields are the same for ‘Store’ and ‘Bank’ tab navigation.
Add Fields
This form allows the admin to create and configure custom fields for the vendor registration form.
Field Group: The section where the field will appear.
Field Type: Input type.
Field Name: Internal field name.
Field Label: The display name shown on the form.
Field label css: Optional CSS class for styling the label.
Field input css: Optional CSS class for styling the input box.
Field alert msg: Custom message displayed on validation failure.
Field Required: Sets whether the field must be filled (Yes/No).
Field Status: Sets the field visibility (Show/Hidden).
Click Add to save the new field. A toast notification ‘Form Field Added Successfully’ will appear to confirm the update.
After configuring the vendor registration form fields, you can define commission rules that determine vendor earnings.
VENDOR COMMISSION RULE
This section allows defining and managing commission rates for individual vendors, ensuring that earnings are calculated based on vendor-specific rules.
There are three navigation tabs, namely Vendor Base, Category Base, and Product Base. This section allows the admin to configure individual commission rates for each vendor.
Vendor Base
This section allows the admin to configure individual commission rates for each vendor.
Add Commission
To add a new commission:
Click the ‘Commissions’ button in the top-right corner.
A popup titled ‘Commission’ will appear.
Select a vendor from the dropdown.
Enter the desired commission rate in percentage.
Click ‘Add Commission’, a toast notification ‘Vendor Commission Details Added Successfully’ will appear to confirm the update.
Below these controls you will find a table with various columns to interpret vendor based commission rule data quickly and accurately. The columns are listed below:
S.No: Serial number of the record.
Vendor Name: Name of the vendor.
Rate: Commission percentage assigned to the vendor.
Action: Edit or delete an existing rule.
Edit: Update the commission rate and click on ‘Update Commission’. A toast notification ‘Vendor Commission Details Updated Successfully’ will appear to confirm the update.
Delete: Deletes the category. A dialog box will appear with the text ‘Are you sure you wish to delete this Commission?’ along with ‘Ok’ and ‘Cancel’ options. Canceling will remove the dialog box and clicking on ‘Ok’ will display this toast notification ‘Vendor Commission Removed Successfully’ to confirm deletion.
Category Base and Product Base
NOTE: All the fields are the same as in Vendor Base with the exception of a new option titled ‘Priority Setting’ in Category Base only. The toast notifications will differ based on the page you are in while the features remain the same.
Priority Setting
The Category Priority popup will appear to set how commission rules are applied when a product belongs to multiple categories that each have different commission rates. The options are:
Min: The system will apply the lowest commission rate among the categories associated with the product.
Max: The system will apply the highest commission rate among the categories.
Clicking on ‘Add Category Priority’ will confirm the addition with the toast notification ‘Category Commission Priority Updated Successfully’.
After defining vendor-specific commission settings, you can focus on inventory management to track product availability across locations.
