Manager Advertiser

This plugin allows administrators to view, monitor, and control advertiser accounts on the platform. It helps ensure that only approved advertisers can actively participate, while providing quick access to advertiser details and status controls.

To configure, follow these steps:

  • Navigate to the sidebar menu, click ‘Plugins’.
  • Locate ‘Multi Advertiser’ and click ‘Activate’. You will now see two options: ‘Deactivate’ and ‘Settings’. When you click ‘Activate’ or ‘Deactivate’, a toast notification showing ‘Multi Advertiser Plugin Activated’ or ‘Multi Advertiser Plugin Deactivated’ will appear to confirm that the plugin has been activated or deactivated. You can configure ‘Multi Advertiser’ by clicking ‘Settings’ after activation.

You will find a table with various columns to interpret events data quickly and accurately. The columns are listed below:

  • S.No: Displays the serial number of each advertiser record.
  • Name: Shows the registered name of the advertiser.
  • Email: Displays the advertiser’s registered email address.
  • Phone No: Shows the contact number associated with the advertiser account.
  • Status: Indicates the current access state of the advertiser:
    • Approved: Advertiser is active and allowed to operate.
    • Blocked: Advertiser access is restricted.
  • Action: Provides quick action icons:
    • View: Opens the advertiser’s detailed profile. Below is a detailed description of the page:
      • View Advertiser: Clicking the View (👁) icon from the Manage Advertiser list opens the Advertiser Details page. This page provides a complete overview of the selected advertiser along with quick controls to manage their account status.
      • Advertiser Information: The ‘Basic Details’ section displays key information related to the advertiser account:
        • Company Name: Shows the registered business name of the advertiser.
        • License Number: Displays the license or registration number associated with the advertiser.
        • Email ID: Shows the registered email address used for communication.
        • Phone Number: Displays the contact number linked to the advertiser account.
        • Address: Shows the registered address of the advertiser.
        • Type: Indicates the account type (Advertiser or Vendor Advertiser).
      • NOTE: All fields in this section are view-only and are displayed for reference.
      • Change Advertiser Status: Admins can change the advertiser’s status directly from this page:
        • Block Advertiser: Appears when the advertiser is active. Clicking this will restrict advertiser access.
        • Activate Advertiser: Appears when the advertiser is blocked. Clicking this will restore advertiser access.
      • Navigation
        • Manage Advertiser: Click this button to return to the advertiser list page.
    • Edit: Allows modification of advertiser details or status. Clicking Manage Advertiser opens the Edit Advertiser page. Below is a detailed description of the page:
      • Basic Information: In this section, administrators can update the following fields:
        • Company Name*
        • License Number
        • Email ID*
        • Phone Number*
        • Address
        • Type (Advertiser or Vendor Advertiser)
      • NOTE: Fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory.
      • Status Management: It is displayed on the right side of the page.
        • Current Status: Shows the existing status of the advertiser.
        • Update Status: Select one of the following options from the dropdown:
          • Keep Current Status
          • Pending Approval
          • Approved
          • Rejected
          • Blocked
        • Notes/Reason: Enter remarks or a reason for the status change.
        • After making the required changes, click ‘Update Advertiser’ to save the updates.
      • Navigation Options
        • Back to List: Returns to the advertiser list page.
        • View: Opens the advertiser’s details in view-only mode.
